Delivery and Shipping Terms

Store orders are delivered in one of two ways: by carrier to an address within Türkiye, or by hand at the ICS stand at the Istanbul Card Show.

1. Delivery area

Delivery by carrier is made only to addresses within Türkiye. We do not ship abroad.

2. Dispatch time

After payment is confirmed, your order is handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days. Weekends and public holidays are not counted as business days.

Transit time after dispatch depends on the carrier’s service terms and your delivery address. In all cases your order is delivered to you within 30 days at the latest from order confirmation.

Tracking information is e-mailed to you when the order is shipped.

3. Shipping fee

The shipping fee is 120,00 TL (VAT included). Shipping is free for orders whose product subtotal is 3.000,00 TL or more. The shipping fee is shown separately on the payment page together with the subtotal and grand total.

No shipping fee is charged for pick-up at the show.

4. Pick-up at the show

The pick-up option is offered on the payment page when 30 days or fewer remain before the start of the Istanbul Card Show, and stays open until the show ends. If you choose it, your order is handed over at the ICS stand at the show venue on show days.

To collect your order you must show your order code (included in the confirmation e-mail) and your ID.

For orders not collected at the show we will contact you; at your choice the product is sent free of charge by carrier or the price is refunded.

5. Checking on delivery and damage

Check your parcel in front of the courier. If you see a crushed, torn, wet or opened parcel, have a damage report drawn up or refuse the parcel, and let us know at [email protected]. The Seller is responsible for damage that occurs in transit.
