Pre-Contract Information Form

This form contains the pre-contract information given to the Buyer before ordering, in accordance with Articles 5 and 6 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

The order summary (products, subtotal, shipping fee, grand total and delivery method) is shown on the payment page and included in the order confirmation e-mail.

2. Main features of the product

The name, options (size, colour etc.), quantity and unit price of the products are stated on the product page and in the order summary on the payment page. The products are Istanbul Card Show branded store products; stock is limited.

3. Price and payment

Product prices are total prices in TL, including taxes (VAT). For shipped orders the shipping fee is 120,00 TL (VAT included); shipping is free if the product subtotal is 3.000,00 TL or more. No shipping fee is charged for pick-up.

Payment is made by credit or debit card through the contracted payment institution / bank with 3D Secure verification. Card details are not stored by the Seller. The invoice is issued as an e-archive invoice in the name given when ordering and sent by e-mail.

4. Delivery and performance

For shipped orders, products are handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed; the statutory maximum delivery period is 30 days from the date the order is confirmed. Delivery is made only within Türkiye.

The pick-up option is offered when 30 days or fewer remain before the start of the Istanbul Card Show and stays open until the show ends; the product is handed over at the ICS stand on show days.

Payment method for shipped orders: credit/debit card (single payment). If delivery cannot be made, the price is refunded using the payment method used, within 14 days.

5. Right of withdrawal

The Buyer has the right to withdraw within 14 days from receiving the product, without giving reasons and without a penalty. The right is exercised by notifying the Seller within that period by e-mail to [email protected] or in writing to Fenerbahçe Mah. Iğrıp Sk. No:13 Mükellef Teknoloji 34726 Kadıköy / İstanbul; the addressee of the notice is the Seller.

On withdrawal the product is returned within 10 days from the date the notice was sent, using the shipping code the Seller provides, with the shipping cost paid by the Seller. The price and, if paid, the shipping fee are refunded within 14 days at the latest from the date the withdrawal notice reaches the Seller.

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in the cases listed in Article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts (for example custom-made products, or opened products that are unsuitable for return for health/hygiene reasons). See the Cancellation, Returns and Withdrawal page for details.

6. Complaints and recourse

Complaints and requests may be sent to [email protected] or by phone to +90 543 953 13 58. For disputes, application may be made to the Consumer Arbitration Committees at the Buyer’s place of residence or where the transaction was made, within the monetary limits announced each year by the Ministry of Trade, and to the Consumer Courts for disputes above those limits.

7. Confirmation

By ticking the confirmation box on the payment page the Buyer declares that they have read this form and the Distance Sales Agreement electronically and have received and confirmed the pre-contract information.
