VAT is calculated for Turkey-based booths.

All prices cover the full 2-day event; each table includes both days.

At this stage, we only collect applications; no payment is requested. Once your application is approved, the contract will be emailed for signature; after the contract is signed you can make the payment to the bank accounts provided. Your invoice is issued and sent to you within 5 business days after the event ends.
