Buyer and attendee names, e-mail addresses and phone numbers are shared with our ticketing partner Kommunity to issue the tickets. Payment is taken on the event's payment provider page; card details never reach our servers. A Kommunity account is created automatically for the buyer's e-mail address. The details you enter and your invoice details (excluding national ID / tax number) are stored by Croone Organizasyon ve Ticaret Ltd. Şti. to keep a customer record and for statistical analysis to improve our events. The attendee's date of birth is required to verify age-restricted tickets (e.g. child tickets) and is also used, at an individual level as part of our customer records (not only in aggregate), for age-group segmentation and analysis of our audience; it is not sent to Kommunity. Gender and interests are optional and are used, at an individual level as part of our customer records, for segmentation and analysis and, only for buyers who explicitly opt in to marketing below, to personalize communication sent to that buyer. If you enter details of attendees under 18, you confirm you do so as their parent or guardian. If you enter attendee details, you confirm you are sharing them with the attendee's knowledge — attendee details are entered by the buyer, and marketing consent is never attributed to an attendee; only the buyer can grant or withdraw it, for their own profile.
